so, being home in sac on what’s supposed to be a normal day is, well, cool. this is probably the first time in eight years that i’ve been home without a mile long appointment list. the first time that things have been normal.

so, this morning, i’m driving to the courthouse with the windows down and the sunroof open, listening to shawn and jeff heading down j st. there are a couple of noteworthy things here. first, shawn and jeff are quality. that morning show makes me want to listen to FM again i’m wondering if they’re on satellite. second, j st. is a major step up from 101 south. third, there’s something about the sacramento air that’s just energizing. i mean i only got four hours of sleep last night, but the air here just wakes me up.

anyway, enough with the sentimental bullshit. perhaps it’s the push-ups.
