UPDATED: Choose your own bathroom adventure
Wednesday, March 29th, 2006It looks like the color scheme was changed out on me . . .well, i guess i never had it “on me” so, in reality, i guess they just changed it. new mock-up. top one is the new scheme, bottom one is old.
Question 1) Would you like your bathroom to look like this?
Question 2) Could you tolerate walking into this day in and day out if you were to stay at my place.

hahaha . . . let’s just say someone in their fifties picked the color scheme. let’s also say that this was done without my knowledge . .. and, while we’re saying things, you should see the bathroom fixtures that were picked out . . . yeah . . .

yeah, i know about the mother decorating part. personally, i’d like the bathroom to compliment the color of the guest room (Smoke and Mirror), but again, people have only started listening to me now because they’re too busy to deal with it. previous attempts where met with “it’s not about what you want, it’s about adding value to the house.” to which i would shake my head and vow never to do this again.

home depot’s expo stores have these great relatively inexpensive subway tiles with a crackle finish that would be great…
