Went to the physical therapist today to finally get my knee checked out. It’s been bothering me since bay to breakers. The diagnosis was swelling in the patella and deep gunk-works of my knee. advised to medicate for a week. yay. the body is definitely showing age. i remember a time where i would have rather suffered than turn to the pills. now, it’s like every time i heal from something i hurt from another thing and all i can do is reach for the pills and ask for the cortisone shots. this sucks.
