Hit up the Obama Countdown to Change event in SF today. It went from 6:30 to 9:45 or so. A couple highlights:

1) dusty baker was in the house

2) among the six thousand plus in attendance were, what i thought, were an incredible number of young folk. as in one to twelve year olds. I never thought of these things as family events, but i’m sure it makes for an interesting outing.

3) it’s hard for me to get excited whilst amongst obama fanatics. or fanatics of any sort.

4) while it was the same speech he gave at the JJ rally, it’s much better in person.

5) oh my. the more he reveals, the more i identify with him . . . even though he did this at that other search company.

6) OMG! I shook barack’s hand!

7) on a tangent, kucinich is one rough and tumble dude.
